As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing core Android features, including hardware integrations, widgets, and system components. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of core Android features, including hardware integrations, widgets, and system components
  • Design scalable mobile architectures and influence platform-wide patterns
  • Collaborate across product, design, and backend teams to build seamless user experiences
  • Drive internal tooling, process improvements, and performance optimisations
  • Mentor software engineers and guide technical decision-making across teams
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with deep proficiency in relevant languages and technologies
  • Track record of architecting complex systems using MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture
  • Strong leadership in cross-functional technical initiatives and software strategy
  • Familiarity with performance, security, and design best practices
  • Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and building with long-term impact in mind
