Membership Growth and Customer Service Consultant

We are seeking an exceptional Membership Growth and Customer Service Consultant to join our team at Taylors Lake club. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.

Your primary responsibility will be to proactively contribute to the club's sales budget through innovative sales promotions and referrals campaigns. You will also be responsible for generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds, and a strong drive to achieve individual targets and team goals. You will also need to have outstanding problem-solving abilities, tenacity, and a customer-focused mindset.

In return, we offer a competitive OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and uncapped commission), plus super, a complimentary all-access Goodlife membership, anniversary leave days, and career opportunities within our organisation.
