Seeking a skilled professional to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant.
This role is ideal for those passionate about making a real difference in people's lives and providing excellent customer care.
As a key member of the rehabilitation services team, you will play a vital role in assisting clients to return to work through targeted programs and support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized return-to-work plans to meet client needs
- Conduct vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, and worksite evaluations
- Provide comprehensive counseling and support to empower clients to transition into employment
- Identify barriers to return-to-work and develop strategies to overcome them
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Australian recognized degree qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and relevant professional registration
- Willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
