Job Overview
Senior Partner Success Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless onboarding and deployment of eero solutions to clients. This position involves reviewing partner requests, aligning eero teams with requirements, and driving cross-functional efforts to meet external commitments.
Our ideal candidate will possess tenured client-facing experience in managing and accelerating revenue across multiple accounts in business development or account management roles. They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead business reviews and large group meetings with partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize eero workflows dedicated to partner development by setting standards for how we work with partners, interpreting their needs, and anticipating pain points.
- Acquire deep knowledge of customers' vision, products, and objectives to identify revenue maximizing opportunities for both the partner and eero.
- Owning all facets of the partner success process for large, complex strategic accounts, including defining and coordinating partners' program requirements and project management of non-standard partner needs.
- Steering eero to focus its partner-related efforts on work that will have the biggest positive impact for partners, balancing customer needs and competing business priorities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop partner strategy and collaboration plans, providing strategic guidance to eero's partners.
- Creative quantitative analysis to identify opportunities for partners and ensure their objectives achieved.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in business administration/management or related field and 3 years of experience in account management or business development. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in business administration/management or related field and 7 years of experience in account management or business development.
- Tenured client-facing experience managing and accelerating revenue across multiple accounts in business development or account management roles. Experience managing agreements and complex commercial negotiations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead business reviews and large group meetings with external partners and eero internal teams.
- Passionate about technology with baseline knowledge of networking, software, and hardware, effective at explaining technical concepts.
- Results-driven with impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness.
- Willingness to travel regularly to partner on-sites.
