We are looking for our next Used** Sales Consultant** to join the **Ford** Team at **Warwick Farm.**

**About the role**:
We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our Ford Team, located in Warwick Farm. To succeed in this exciting role you will be a driven self-starter able to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.

In this position you will be ultimately responsible for:

- Engaging with customers on the telephone, online and face to face on the showroom floor.
- Vehicle demonstration and test drives
- Understanding and qualifying the customer's needs
- Motor vehicle registration and government paperwork compliance
- Assisting with preparation and presentation of new vehicle deliveries
- Vehicle appraisals
- Preparation of vehicle quotes and understanding of the financing process

**About you**:

- Show a commitment to a six day roster with two rostered days off weekly (closed Sunday)
- Have a love of customer service
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Excel in communication across all channels, including face to face, phone and internet
- Understand various computer platforms including Excel, Word and web based platforms
- A NSW driving licence is essential
- Willingness to listen and learn
- Experience in retail or hospitality would be an advantage
