Senior UI Designer, Business Banking Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer to join our Business Banking team at Commonwealth Bank. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital banking experience for complex business clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Deliver - You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality user interface (UI) designs for our CommBiz banking platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our clients.
- Visual Direction - You will help establish the visual direction for our digital platform, aligning with our existing design language and brand guidelines.
- Collaboration - You will work closely with designers, product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver an exciting transformation of our banking platform.
- Design Systems - You will contribute to the development of our design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our design delivery.
- Prototyping - You will create high-fidelity prototypes to visualize our design concepts and ensure they meet client and business needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement - You will use your storytelling skills to engage stakeholders with your design journey, delivering creative solutions based on a deep understanding of client needs.
- Experience - You will have a strong background in UI design, with experience in shaping product vision and design strategy.
- Skills - You will possess strong visual and interaction design skills, with the ability to articulate clear user interface critique based on experience heuristics.
- Education - You will have a degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a similar field related to Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent experience.
