Role Overview

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our digital transformation project. As a key member of our project team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the digital experience for our website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply user-centred design principles to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with IT, Developers, and Testers to improve the brand experience online.
  • Conduct customer research and user experience testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Analyse user feedback and iterate to enhance the user experience.
  • Develop measurement frameworks and data collection mapping to inform CRO strategies.
  • Participate in competitor and customer analysis to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead and work with the digital delivery team to refine the live customer experience.
About You
  • A relevant tertiary qualification and previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Strong visual communication skills and technical expertise in Figma.
  • Knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and usability.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with business and technical teams.
