About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Experience Designer to join our team at ANZ Banking Group. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating end-to-end digital experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the scoping and planning of design activities in a project, ensuring they remain on track.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and validate ideas.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and UX/UI designs that meet business goals and end-user needs.
  • Create digital content, interface copy, and micro-copy for digital products.
  • Use advanced Figma skills to create high-quality design artefacts that align with our Design System.
  • Ensure ANZ's design methodologies, standards, and frameworks are adhered to.
  • Conduct user testing, including automated testing, interviews, and observation, to generate insights.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience (minimum 7+ years) as an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer with a solid background across both digital and non-digital experiences.
  • Ability to create website content.
  • Advanced Figma and JIRA skills, with strong knowledge of Design Systems.
  • Deep knowledge of digital channels and platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, storytelling, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to use research to develop complex information architecture based on user needs and focus content areas.
