About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Experience Designer to join our Core Experiences crew within the Digital domain. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in transforming the CommBank app and Netbank experience used by millions of Australians daily.

This is an exciting opportunity to create innovative experiences that empower our customers at scale. You'll work closely with product owners, engineers, researchers, and UI designers to translate customer insights into deliverable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery initiatives to shape future digital experiences, aligning customer needs to business outcomes.
  • Deliver core, product-agnostic digital experiences and features, alongside a scalable IA and seamless navigation.
  • Establish documentation and governance processes to maintain asset integrity in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into innovative solutions.
  • Advocate for human-centred design process and promote best research practices across the organisation.
  • Mentor designers to foster a positive culture of creativity and continuous learning.
