About the Role

This position involves coordinating and managing the sales process to ensure that our customers receive personalized solutions that meet their unique needs. You will be responsible for building positive relationships with customers, actively listening to their needs, and showcasing our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gaining comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicating benefits to customers during demonstrations.
  • Acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information on vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.
  • Managing appointments, test drives, and ensuring a smooth delivery/handover experience for customers.
  • Handling customer trade-ins, preparing sales contracts, valuations, and accurately processing documentation.
  • Capturing and maintaining accurate customer information in Salesforce and DMS while following up post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and adhere to safety procedures.
