About the Role
Our organization seeks a skilled and driven team manager to oversee the care of various green spaces across Brisbane. Based in Salisbury, this position involves leading and developing a dedicated team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and prioritizing tasks and directing team activities
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to the team
- Conducting regular site assessments to identify improvements and implement corrective actions
- Liaising with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates
- Actively participating in team tasks alongside your team
- Maintaining equipment and arranging repairs as needed
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong track record of developing and motivating teams
- Qualifications in Horticulture or relevant field (desirable)
- A Blue Card or willingness to obtain
- A valid Drivers' license
