As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with our brand's vision and seasonal campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer shopping experience, drive sales, and maintain brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Visual Merchandising Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive visual merchandising plan that showcases our products in an attractive and engaging way.
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work with marketing professionals to create compelling displays that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Train and Guide Regional Teams: Provide guidance and support to regional visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent implementation of visual standards across all locations.
- Conduct Store Visits: Regularly visit stores to evaluate visual merchandising execution and provide feedback and support.
- Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual strategies and optimize product placement.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our visual merchandising remains innovative and relevant.
- Lead Special Projects: Lead special projects and seasonal rollouts, including new store openings and store refreshes.
What We Offer:
- $115,000 - $125,000 per annum + Super + Tools of Trade
- A dynamic culture with a supportive team in a growing business
- A Monday to Friday roster

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a national Visual Merchandising Manager or equivalent role
- A proven track record of successfully leading visual merchandising initiatives at a national or multi-store level
- A strong creative vision with an eye for detail and a passion for fashion
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proficient in visual merchandising software and tools, including Adobe Suite; experience with CAD and 3D design software is a plus
- A willingness to travel as needed to support store locations
