Senior Finance Leader - APAC

This role is pivotal for a finance expert who can drive strategic growth while building and developing high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the APAC Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Partner with global finance leaders to align processes and reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies across APAC, ensuring compliance with IFRS and regional regulations.
  • Manage audits, liaise with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities to meet deadlines.
  • Implement process improvements and maintain accounting systems and automation.
  • Prepare management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements for APAC entities.
  • Develop and monitor finance policies and frameworks, delivering timely information to stakeholders.
  • Provide variance analysis and insights to guide business performance and financial decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven experience leading finance functions in complex, multinational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements across APAC jurisdictions.
