We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Site Administrator at our operations in the Bowen basin.

About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to the site management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks with attention to detail and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
  1. To provide effective administrative assistance to the site management team, focusing on operational efficiency and compliance
  2. To manage site resources, including budgeting, reporting, and other administrative duties
  3. To contribute to a safe and productive work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Mining administration experience with a strong understanding of Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid QLD Drivers License and willingness to obtain additional certifications as required
