Remote Site Operations Manager

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Remote Site Operations Manager to support the day-to-day management of one of our remote contracts. This role is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are passionate about safety, training, and operational excellence.

The Position Responsibilities
  • Assist with the effective management of daily operations ensuring seamless site readiness
  • Build strong relationships with clients and respond to requests for additional services in a timely manner
  • Support, develop, and train team members, fostering a positive and respectful work culture that promotes growth and development
  • Approve timesheets, manage employee leave, and ensure accurate payroll inputs
  • Maintain full compliance with site requirements including inductions, WAFs, and SOPs to ensure a safe working environment
  • Promote and uphold the organization's strong safety culture through proactive engagement and risk mitigation
  • Proactively manage employee absences, performance, and grievances to maintain a healthy and productive workforce
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a remote or similar operational environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals
  • A passion for safety, training, and operational excellence with a drive to continuously improve processes
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities with flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic environments
  • Confidence using workforce systems and managing compliance to ensure regulatory adherence
