VFX Editor Position

This VFX Editor role is pivotal in managing plate pulls, organizing project elements per show/project specifications, and ensuring correct editorial information is passed to the production team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project assets, maintain a database of cut information, and troubleshoot disparities while working independently.
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot the VFX color pipeline on a show-by-show basis.
  • Create show-specific templates based on client requirements and ensure timely delivery of sequences and renderables.
  • Quality control VFX versions before submitting for review.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a VFX Editor in episodic and feature pipelines.
  • Familiarity with NukeStudio, Hiero, Adobe Premiere, and Resolve.
  • Working knowledge of shot tracking systems, Excel, and productivity tools.
