Job Overview

The Digital Analytics Performance Specialist role revolves around harnessing data to drive informed decision-making and enhance customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyse digital performance metrics and customer journeys to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Create and disseminate insightful reports that provide a clear, data-driven perspective on digital performance.
  • Lead test-and-learn initiatives to optimise campaigns, pages, and features while assessing the impact of digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, prioritise user stories, and explore alternative solutions using best-practice methodologies.
  • Identify system or data limitations and share digital analytics and tagging best practices.
  • Evaluate compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements
  • Degree in applied statistics, data science, or a related analytical field is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with tag management tools (e.g., Adobe Launch, Adobe DTM, Google Tag Manager).
  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) is essential.
  • Experience with digital experimentation tools and A/B testing frameworks is necessary.
  • Proven ability to convert raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation using tools like Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the insurance value chain and experience in performance analytics is beneficial.
