About the Role

This position demands a skilled Supervisor to provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance services and aftersales to a portfolio of diverse projects on the east coast of Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travelling to various mining operations for regular on-site inspections and visits (NSW and QLD)
  • Commissioning and installation of products, whilst providing support to customers
  • Providing fast turnaround solutions to all technical issues that may arise during or post installation
  • Liaising closely with key stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Identifying opportunities for future sales/further growth through effective networking whilst on site
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a trade qualification, experience working in a similar role and highly capable in the delivery of equipment installs and troubleshooting.

A knowledge of the Australian mining operations in and around the hunter valley region would be advantageous.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good with customers and a willingness to develop strong networks
  • A willingness to learn the products, understanding their capability and associated benefits that may support further sales opportunities
  • Strong fault finding and independent problem-solving skills
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to remain productive and motivated
  • Prepared to spend time away from home, with occasional overnight stays interstate
