Technical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to maintain critical mechanical systems across our data center facilities. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment, responding to and troubleshooting mechanical system issues, and implementing temporary and permanent fix solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain critical cooling infrastructure including HVAC systems, pumps, and fans.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot mechanical system issues.
  • Implement temporary and permanent fix solutions.
  • Work with operations teams to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Track and document maintenance work across multiple data center designs.

A Day in the Life:

  • You will be involved in performance and oversight of maintenance and operations mechanical and cooling equipment within the data center.
  • Assist in troubleshooting of facility equipment including specialized cooling systems and industrial water services.
  • Coordinating with operational teams to ensure facility uptime is maintained.

Requirements:

A high school or equivalent diploma and electrical or mechanical journeyman license are required. Two or more years of experience in operations and on-call support for data center facilities, mission-critical plants, or production facilities is preferred.
