Empowering Lives with NDIS Support

Challenge Community Services is seeking a Coordinator of Supports to empower individuals living with disabilities.

  • Coordinate services that promote independence, inclusion, and choice for people with disabilities.
  • Work directly with clients and families to build skills, connect with their community, and achieve their goals under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications or experience in Disability, Social Work, Education, or related field.
  • Experience supporting adults and/or children with disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of person-centred and strengths-based practice.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Confident with budgets, reporting, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of NDIS processes and disability-related legislation.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • NSW Working with Children's Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • National Police Check.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
