Overview

Kindy Patch Floraville is offering an Inclusion Support Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. This is a part-time position at 14 hours per week, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, on a 6-month contract with the possibility to extend. Our centre cares for up to 38 children with operating hours from 7 AM to 6 PM.

Our children enjoy indoor and outdoor play areas, with age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a variety of activities. For more information and photos, please visit the centre's website.

Responsibilities
  • Support planning and delivery of developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.
  • Collaborate with qualified Early Childhood professionals to maintain an outstanding learning environment.
  • Promote inclusion and support for children with diverse needs within the early learning setting.
About You
  • ACEQCA-approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (0–5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
