About the Job
Stamford Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and enhance employee engagement.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in managing HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement. They will be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives, and a collaborative leader, able to work effectively with senior management and employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives, including talent management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programs.Collaborate with senior management and employees at all levels to achieve business objectives and improve employee engagement.Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in managing HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and ability to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and employees at all levels.If you are a motivated and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
