Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Warnervale Gardens. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting a positive culture and enhancing their wellbeing.


You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred care, observing confidentiality matters and adhering to Aged Care Standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking to gain further experience in a great team environment.


As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make every moment matter by bringing respect, compassion, integrity, and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents and consumers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, or enrolled in a BA Nursing degree
  • Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willingness to obtain
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accurately document residents' care/progress
  • You must have the right to work in Australia
