Job Description

As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the risk management function for your assigned work package.

This role involves ensuring that all risks are effectively identified, assessed, managed, and communicated. You will provide both strategic and operational support to drive a proactive and consistent risk management approach across the project.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the risk management process for the assigned work package, supporting the identification, analysis, treatment, and ongoing monitoring of risks.
  • Developing, updating and maintaining the risk register which will facilitate the management of the package risk profile and support teams in the adoption of risk-based decision making.
  • Facilitating Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to quantify program and cost risk and uncertainties.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management or equivalent experience in risk management is required. You must also have knowledge of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methods.

Additionally, you should have excellent stakeholder management skills that allow you to build, develop and maintain strong and cooperative working relationships with key stakeholders.
