About the RoleThis casual position offers multiple opportunities for experienced or aspiring childcare professionals. As an OSHC Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality practices that ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.
Your key responsibilities will include interacting with and effectively supervising the children, working as a team to deliver a high-quality education and care service, and acknowledging and supporting the unique strengths, needs, and interests of each child.
Requirements- No formal qualifications are required for this position, but qualified Educators must hold a minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children.
- Experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector is desirable.
- You must be able to respond to the needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards.
