We are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team in this critical role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to think critically, and have a strong mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional sales and service to customers, ensuring their parts needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Order stock accurately and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed correctly, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch freight in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the workshop staff to source and purchase parts for machinery, minimizing delays and costs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and updates to maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries and concerns promptly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter or similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and computer software skills, with experience using relevant systems.
  • A positive attitude, with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
