Education and Care Coordinator Role

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a safe and secure environment for children, collaborating with our team to ensure high-quality care and education, developing daily/weekly care routines and programs, building meaningful relationships with children and their caregivers, and complying with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with children and their caregivers
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, National Framework, and Education and Care Laws and Regulations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Industry-approved qualification, current approved First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training (HLTAID012), Working with Children Check (employee status 'E'), and Child Safe Certificate.
