Job Title: Lead Educator - Primary School Age

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Educator to join our team in providing high-quality care and education for primary school-aged children.

  • You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in before and after school care or education. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, and possess excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that promote learning, physical activity, and emotional development.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to industry regulations and standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Relevant diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
  • Previous experience working in before and after school care or education.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
