Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and executing digital acquisition campaigns across Australia & New Zealand markets. This includes managing day-to-day operations of performance marketing channels including search, social, and app store advertising.

You will monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and make recommendations for improvement. You will also collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment between digital initiatives and overall brand strategy.

This role requires someone who is analytical and enjoys making data-informed decisions. You will provide regular reporting on key performance metrics and actionable insights. Additionally, you will develop testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.

About the Role
  • Owning and executing digital acquisition campaigns across Australia & New Zealand markets.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of performance marketing channels including search, social, and app store advertising.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, optimizing budgets, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment between digital initiatives and overall brand strategy.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with paid social, paid search, and/or app campaigns.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and attribution models.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar.
