Job Title: Aged & Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Aged & Disability Support Worker to join our team at Care Aust. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as showering, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with medication management and administration.
  • Support individuals with disabilities in their daily routines, including mobility and transfers.
  • Encourage social interaction and community participation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and care provided.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability Care.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working with Children's Check (Employee).
  • National Police Certificate.
  • Driver's License and own vehicle.
  • Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate.
