Job Title: Aged and Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Aged and Disability Support Worker at Care Aust. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily living assistance, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Support individuals with community-based recreational activities and social events.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability Care.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working With Children's Check (Employee).
  • Current Driver's License and own vehicle.
  • Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate.
  • National Police Certificate.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $30.00 - $35.00.
  • A casual work arrangement with a minimum of 10-15 hours per week.
  • A rotating roster with morning shifts, Monday to Friday.
