As a Customer Service Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and interacting with all customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing assistance as required and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards of the store and representing the brand image
- Assisting with stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment
No prior retail experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training to develop your skills. What's essential is a good attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
We offer a supportive working environment with flexible hours and competitive remuneration. However, please note that successful candidates must be available to work weekends and nights during peak trading periods.
