About this role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with our leadership team and drive business outcomes. This strategic and operational role will focus on building high-performing teams, fostering leadership capability, and driving cultural outcomes.
- Partnering with leaders to drive engagement, performance, and team effectiveness.
- Coaching leaders through complex ER matters and organisational change.
- Leading local delivery of capability programs and company-wide initiatives.
- Championing the people experience and embedding the values and behaviours.
This is a permanent part-time role (4 days a week or 0.8) paying up to $160,000 + Super full-time equivalent ($128,000 + Super for the 4 days). The consultant is available to discuss further details.
About you- A confident and compassionate HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about making a difference.
- Proven experience in a People & Culture partnering role with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong coaching skills and a track record of improving team performance and culture.
- Experience managing complex ER matters and implementing sustainable change.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage ambiguity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
