The Department For Education, Children And Young People is a unique organization built entirely for children and young people and their communities. Our ultimate goal is to work together to ensure that every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well, and learning.

About the Role:
This is a fixed-term, full-time position offering 73.5 hours per fortnight. As an Operations Executive, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our office by providing high-level executive and administrative support. You will work closely with senior staff to co-ordinate operations and provide exceptional client service and advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of Learning Services
  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support
  • Co-ordinate operations with senior staff
  • Deliver high-level client service and advice

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status - Employment).
