About the Position
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator to take on a leadership role and inspire our team to deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of all children. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching educators, implementing educational programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- A strong focus on the image of the child, with a proven ability to plan and implement educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation.
- An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement.
