We're seeking a General Manager Lifestyle and Community to lead the development of lifestyle programs and services across our Residential Care, Retirement Living, and Home Care communities. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for setting the direction and vision for our lifestyle programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our residents and clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement lifestyle programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents and clients
* Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Foster strong relationships with our residents, clients, and their families
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lifestyle programming

* Proven experience in leadership and program development
* Strong understanding of the needs of veterans and seniors
