Grounds & Facilities Specialist

Job Overview:
">Our team is seeking a highly skilled Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our dynamic maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the high standard of grounds and facilities across the site, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control
- Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment
- Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets
- Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and incidents
Requirements:

- 'C' class driver's licence
- Hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond calmly in emergencies
- Proactive, positive, and committed to delivering high levels of service with clear communication and a team-first attitude
- Comfortable with manual tasks like lifting, bending, and operating tools and equipment across varied terrain and conditions
