We are on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join our team as an Agent Product Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and implementing strategic frameworks that will propel our customer success function forward.

As a trusted AI advisor to our enterprise clients, you will translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value and ROI for C-suite executives. Your expertise will be invaluable in designing scalable post-sales processes, from onboarding frameworks to success metrics, that will support our growth from dozens to hundreds of enterprise customers.

You will lead multiple AI agent launches simultaneously – breaking down ambiguous challenges into phased roadmaps with measurable milestones while documenting best practices for future implementations. Building and refining our implementation methodology will also be key to your success, creating playbooks and frameworks that enable consistent, high-quality customer outcomes.

About You

  • A strong project leader – organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of both customer outcomes and internal initiatives.

  • A seasoned problem solver with experience in process design or organizational building, ideally with exposure to executive-level engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear way and document complex processes for others to follow.

Influencing how our subscribers approach AI transformation by developing change management strategies and adoption frameworks tailored to their organizational needs is also crucial. Presenting confidently to senior stakeholders, handling objections diplomatically, and building consensus across competing priorities will be essential skills for this role.

The Role

This is an opportunity to develop technical skills related to AI agents and work with technology, learning new tools, and thinking through complex problems while designing repeatable systems. You don't need to have formal technical training, but being comfortable working with technology and enthusiastic about AI and its applications is essential.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-7 years of experience in a client-facing role such as management consulting, product management, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in process design or organizational building, ideally with exposure to executive-level engagement.

  • Strong project leadership skills – organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of both customer outcomes and internal initiatives.
