Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced strategist to lead AI rollouts and drive lasting value for our enterprise clients worldwide.

This high-impact role combines customer success, strategy, and AI deployment in highly regulated environments.

The Role

  • Lead customer implementation projects end-to-end from onboarding to rollout.
  • Partner with customers to map workflows, uncover pain points, and drive adoption.
  • Manage senior stakeholders across legal, marketing, and compliance functions with confidence.
  • Troubleshoot strategic and technical blockers, finding pragmatic solutions.
  • Translate unstructured processes into structured playbooks for AI.
  • Feed customer insights into product and engineering to shape our roadmap.
  • Build repeatable processes and best practices to scale implementations globally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting with proven project and stakeholder management experience.
  • Thrive in ambiguous environments and love solving complex problems.
  • Have excellent executive presence and can build trust quickly at all levels.
  • Are excited by AI and curious about its enterprise applications.
  • Can explain technical concepts simply and persuasively.
  • Are detail-oriented, self-driven, and can run a customer implementation like clockwork.
