Excellence Coordinator

Our organization seeks an accomplished Excellence Coordinator to enhance the quality of care provided to our residents.

This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact on quality management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits, reviews and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyse and report on quality indicators and performance data to drive continuous quality improvements.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality management practices.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or complaints.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and records to demonstrate quality performance.

Applicants should possess:

  • Current registration as RN with no conditions or restrictions.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a Quality role (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted work rights.
