Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive quality program that aligns with business goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a quality program that drives continuous improvement in product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that drive excellence in product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
  • Assist in the development and execution of training programs to support quality initiatives.
  • Participate in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement projects and initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards, such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and actions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or similar field.
