About the Event Manager Position
As an Event Manager at Rydges, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events within our cutting-edge venues. From conferences to cocktail events and galas, you will work closely with the sales and operations teams to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the conference and events sales team and operations team to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Optimize client and internal communication processes.
- Manage workflow using event software and prepare detailed event orders.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through on-site engagement.
- Champion operational excellence by liaising with internal departments.
