Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This role will involve working closely with account management, services teams, and collaborating with product teams. The successful candidate will participate in the implementation and support of our solutions, including the configuration of new modules and features using NeoXam DataHub and NeoXam IBOR.

The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for implementing software by carrying out customization, workflow definition, and optimization using our cutting-edge technology platform. Additionally, they will provide support in troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving installation and implementation problems to client satisfaction within established time frames.

Your Missions

  1. Implement solutions at leading financial organizations.
  2. Implement software customization, workflow definition, and optimization.
  3. Provide technical support and resolve installation issues.
  4. Offer best practice guidance to clients, leveraging technical expertise and industry experience.
  5. Ensure coordination and responsive follow-up to client needs and requirements.
  6. Communicate our offerings to clients and identify opportunities to grow client sales/services.
  7. Assist with presales initiatives and provide project reports upon request.
  8. Continuously keep up-to-date with functional and technical features and improvements.
  9. Analyze client needs, accompany/coach their teams, or take charge of product implementation.
  10. Manage overall design and configuration activities.
  11. Develop and conduct product training workshops for clients.
  12. Provide presales consultancy assistance to sales teams.

Requirements

  • Engineering or Business school degree/Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience with Financial software implementation and IT Projects in the banking/financial industry.
  • Existing experience on NeoXam Datahub is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with development languages (Java, C, C++) and RDBMS, Data Modeling, and SQL language.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Data Management and ETL techniques and processes.
  • Previous experience of financial data provider feeds such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, and other.
