We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with expertise in cataloguing, metadata, and library systems.

About the Role

This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our collections through quality metadata and system support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate and consistent metadata across physical and digital collections.
  • Supporting configuration and use of the Library Management System, including reporting and analytics tools.
  • Performing original and copy cataloguing using MARC21, RDA, DDC and LCSH standards.
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure shelf-ready materials meet required standards.
  • Assisting with staff training and system troubleshooting.
