Data Governance and Lineage Manager

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining metadata management frameworks and standards to support enterprise data governance.
Develop and implement metadata management frameworks to track data movement, transformations, and dependencies across the data ecosystem.
Administer and enhance metadata repositories and data cataloging tools to ensure accurate documentation, structure, and linkage of metadata to relevant business and technical data assets.
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to integrate lineage tracking into ETL/ELT workflows and data processing pipelines.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess at least 3 years of experience in metadata management, data lineage tracking, or data governance roles.
Hands-on experience with metadata management and data cataloging tools.
Strong understanding of data classification, business glossaries, and taxonomy development.
Experience working with data documentation, metadata repositories, and stewardship models.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, IT, Compliance, Risk, and Business Intelligence.
