Business Outcomes Manager

Drive strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives as a Business Engagement Manager.
This is a key role that requires collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will have experience in managing prioritisation of work across a matrix of stakeholders and domain delivery structures.
Responsibilities:- Design, implement, monitor and improve systems, processes and services within remit of the Spring Office.
- Facilitate front door engagement practices via COPS front door ensuring engagement is managed in timely manner.
- Solve complex problems and remove ambiguity of dependencies of initiatives directly driven by COPS or impacting COPS overall.
- Build effective relationships across all workstreams where COPS is enabler.
- Accountable for supporting interlocks across COPS working with all Workstreams enabling program and COPS support team teams to coordinate estimations, backlog management and team mobilisation as needed.
- Follow planning and performance rituals to contribute towards overall COPS strategic roadmap.
- Manage consolidated view of capacity, inflight initiatives, risks, gaps and opportunities.
- Council stakeholders and initiative owners to strengthen execution muscle.
- Deliver commitments as per Milestone Plan resolving issues where relevant.
- Support COPS workstreams progress on transformation.
- Coordinate required ways of working activities.
- Results-driven, non-bureaucratic removing time-wasting tasks with negotiation skills and influencing for outcomes.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in managing prioritisation of work across matrix of stakeholders and domain delivery structures.
- Ability to work in complex projects in ever-changing environment.
- Poerful oral and written communication skills including ability to translate business needs into high level technology options/solutions and communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language.
- Highly analytical and commercially savvy with understanding of project management methodologies.
- Good exposure using tools like Excel Power Point and JIRA.
- Demonstrated skills in business project management continuous process/systems improvement and understanding of CARE systems and impacts.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail with advanced stakeholder management skills.
- Able to lead and coordinate meetings with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with collaborative mindset.
