About the Role

As a business outcomes specialist, you will drive customer success in our Small Business division. Your primary focus will be enabling your customers to achieve their desired results with our platform at scale.

You will represent the voice of the customer and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that we consistently deliver value to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Adoption and Success Management: Support customers gain maximum value from our product/service
  • Customer Advocacy and Feedback: Advocate for customers by providing actionable feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
  • Account Retention and Expansion: Proactively identify opportunities for growth and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on strategic actions

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration competencies.
