Key Role: Site Management

About the Position

This is a strategic business-focused leadership role that oversees a team of professionals in delivering a high-quality and sustainable service to both customers and partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing effective leadership aligned with corporate values, mission, and operational plans
  • Ensuring all aspects of our Service Delivery Model are delivered to a high standard and compliance requirements are met on an individual and site level
  • Driving team performance and productivity, ensuring your site consistently delivers commercial returns while producing sustainable outcomes for a diverse group of individuals
  • Establishing and maintaining a network of key internal and external stakeholders

About You

Demonstrated experience in Employment Services and case management (highly regarded)

Experience in day-to-day management and coordination of effective teams

Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people experiencing unemployment

A strong ability to problem-solve and communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders

Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and Key Performance Indicators
