**About the Role**
BGIS is seeking a proactive and experienced **Cleaning Operations Manager**to lead cleaning services across high-profile Defence client sites in **Holsworthy and Richmond**. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a motivated professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering service excellence.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll oversee daily cleaning operations, support and lead on-site teams, liaise directly with clients, and ensure service standards are consistently exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across Defence and government sites
- Be on-site 5 days per week to lead teams and maintain smooth operations
- Act as the key point of contact for client relationships and service delivery
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and reporting to meet compliance and quality benchmarks
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management for cleaning staff
- Address service issues and implement timely resolutions
- Prepare quotes for additional services and manage budgets effectively
- Oversee inventory, rosters, and WHS compliance

**About You**:

- **Australian Citizenship is essential**(due to Defence site access requirements)
- Strong background in cleaning operations across multi-site or government contracts
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing large teams
- Excellent communication, organisational, and client service skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to resolve challenges effectively
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently on-site full-time
- Valid driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
