About the role

Crown Excavations & Constructions is seeking an experienced Operator/Landscaper to join our team in Windsor NSW 2756. This full-time role is pivotal in supporting our construction projects and landscape construction . You will operate a range of plant and machinery to assist with excavation, site preparation, and landscaping tasks.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate a variety of plant equipment such as excavators, bobcats/possi tracks dumpers, and other construction machinery
  • Perform landscaping duties including retaining walls, concreting, pools, carpentry, soft scaping, etc
  • Able to read and interpret plans and levels and mark out on site
  • Assist with site preparation, excavation, and other construction-related activities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and inspections on plant and equipment including pre starts
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years' experience operating construction plant and equipment with tickets
  • Minimum MR truck license
  • 3rd - 4th year apprentices welcomed
  • Demonstrated proficiency in landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks
  • Ability to read site plans and interpret work instructions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Current MR - HC driver's license and Construction Induction (White) Card
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
